WOLF14
Chuck75, VA never considered or raised the issue of TDIU. I am uncertain about TDIU at this point so any information is welcomed. V/r WOLF14 Edited July 16, 2015 by WOLF14
Moderator broncovet Posted July 16, 2015 Moderator Share Posted July 16, 2015 WolfCongratulations (again). After you get the envelope, you can calculate your retro, reminding you that you start getting paid the 1st of the month following your effective date, so lots of Vets get it a month off. Then you can decide what to do, either accept the effective date, appeal it, or ask for an audit on the retro. WOLF14
broncovet, Thanks and roger that. I will be sure to follow here on what exactly the letter states once I get it. Ebenefits shows the claim closed on 7/14/2015 so it may be 7-10 days before I see the letter in the mail? I'm hoping to see also no further C&P's required.
