Thank you Pete and R3dneck, I've already submitted my NOD on rating percentage for lupus, along with documentation of the 20 Urgent Care visits in the past 11 months, 11 were for acute flareups of the systemic lupus, the rest were for the severe Gastro problems- vomiting, stomach ulcers, gerd, that I've developed after being on so much meds for the past ten years.

USMC, do you, or anyone else happen to know a doctor in North Carolina that provides IMO's?  I have been searching, but not having any luck, thanks in advance!!

->50% - OSA (Secondary to PTSD)

30% - Bilateral Pes Planus w/Plantar Fasciitis

30% - Migraines

10% - Tinnitus

20% - Back

0% - bilateral shin splints

70% loss of use of right arm due to multiple sclerosis

100% suprapubic cystostomy due to multiple sclerosis

100% loss of use of both lower extremities due to multiple sclerosis

30% left upper extremity weakness

30% insomnia with hypersomnolence

10% neurogenic bowel
