Preparation for Notification and AB8

Rate this question

Question

This may be a dumb question, and I know I shouldn't rely on EBenefits, but if my claim is in Prep for Notification, should the AB8 letter have changed if claim was granted?  Or does it update only after completion?

On Monday, 3/14, my claim went into Prep for Notification, then the next day, back to Pending Decision Approval.  I kept off of Ebenefits until today, and it still says Pending Decision Approval.  I was told before that this phase means it is just waiting a signature.  If that's the case, how long does it take to sign something?  Or was I told wrong?

DevilDog, my claim went from gathering evidence to prep for notification and back 8 times in a 30 day period.  It's okay to look at eBenefits but you need to understand the information is lacking and not indicative of the true status.  Oh, btw, my FDC is at day 240 and I'm in Prep for Decision *L*

I have been in PFD over a month now and I too have an FDC claim but I know why my FDC claim is idle....it's because I had my DRO review hearing last month and the FDC won't move forward until after the decision comes from the DRO hearing....

I hope you hear something soon DevilDog!
