63Charlie
I have only the basic MyHealtheVet account and can't access any C&P exam results, or other medical records done at my local VA centers. Does the VA require I submit VA Form 10-5345a-MHV and get a premium MyHeatheVet account in order to view my records/exams? I've noticed other members have access to their records/exams. Is this what you guys did? Edited September 6, 2016 by 63Charlie
0 lfredrick123
By all means become a premium member. You can not only get access to the general VA records there, but RX ordering etc. If you want detailed report then you need to go to the VA health system records dept and request a copy. Can do either by completing the mail in Hippa Request or in person. Quicker in person.
0 HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted July 22, 2017 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted July 22, 2017 (edited) Yes also you can use the secure message system to email your PCP a question that maybe you were to embarrassed to ask in person or just simply email your question or any Medical problems/ Medications issues you may have or ask for a referral to a specialty clinic ect,,ect,, you can go to your VAMC and check with the MthealthVet Person to sign you up and show you how to use the system. they or you can get you a secured screen name and pass word, also you can click on e benefits while in MyhealthVet and on that you use your real name and a secured password with 9 digits and upper &lower case letters they can help you with that too. When I use e benefits I simply click on ''MyhealthyVet'' saved in my favorites ..while in MyhealthVet I click on ebenefits and sign in. TO read your Notes Just hit the blue button wait about 10 seconds or so while it gathers up your information and then select in the boxes what you want to pull up and read or print off. (in PDF) some have mention they can see a copy of your C&P Exam Results...I never have seen mine in the notes? I get my C&P COPY from VBA...especially if it was contracted outside the VA > QTC ect,,,ect,, Edited July 22, 2017 by Buck52 Forgot to mention about C&P Exam using MyhealthVet has nothing to do with your C&P other than you can use the notes as evidence in your claim&explain things better.
