My Husband is rated totally and permanently 100% disabled with TBI; he also has severe PTSD, which is unrated. he is service connected for both of these problems. he also has several other health issues which are probably service connected. My husband was in the military in the late 1970s.  he applied for and received 100%  V A compensation around 1997. 

the questions I have are:

1. Is my husband entitled to SMC,  housebound, or any other extra benefits?

2. are there any other issues we should know about?

You probably dont need to print it, just copy the applicable pages to your desktop.  If you insist on printing, you connect your printer then hit "Ctrl and p" at the same time.  Do this while the part you want to print is on your screen.  Unless you want to print the whole file, put the pages where it says "pages" you want to print.  For example if you want to print pages 5 to 49, you put 5-49 in the pages box.  

Berta has a fairly firm policy of not accepting emails and she does not give out her email addy.  (I think something not so good happened to her once about that)

Thanks for the information.

I noticed that my husband had sent in a notice of disagreement concerning his disability claim Back in 1981. he has no memory of doing this,  from what I understand, he was homeless at the time and was not mentally capable of following through with a VA claim.

I dont give my email addy out.I have about 25 reasons.

And I  certainly do not have the time to go through 500 pages of VA stuff.

Are you also using another name or handle here?

Maybe just a coincidence that we have another member whose husband seemed to have the same issues.
