Moderator broncovet Posted June 29, 2017 Moderator Share Posted June 29, 2017 Hopefully, this is Custer's Last Stand. Corruption in the VA is about to move to other agencies in government. http://dailycaller.com/2017/06/23/va-fires-prominent-whistleblower-as-trump-signs-accountability-whistleblower-protection-bill/
0 Moderator broncovet Posted June 29, 2017 Author Moderator Share Posted June 29, 2017 This decision Berta posted is horrorifying. Its worse than "Bates Motel" (not that I ever saw that one). I can not believe the Judge "noticed" there was other Vets in this file, but "presumed" thAT Vets file was somehow complete, even with evidence to the contrary. I will post it again: Quote 06/26/2017The Secretary shall review the record that he submitted in this case, remove all medical documents that belong to other veterans, inform those veterans that their documents were incorrectly placed in another veteran's file, and, within 20 days of the date on this decision, notify the Court that he has done so. Memorandum Decision that the BVA decision is affirmed in part with the remainder dismissed. (PIETSCH) (SM)" Make no mistake here. The judge notice the errors then (affirmed) which means denied. It means this judge, not only "looked the other way", but blamed the VEteran. Its no wonder why Trump called VA the most corrupt and inefficitent organization in the USA. Someone should report this judge to the White House, the judges own words speaks for himself. ArNG11

0 ArNG11
I believe you hit the nail right on the head. Can't be accountable for something you were not aware was happening. At least on paper a person would deny that they were unaware of what was happening. Mr. A " FIGHT TILL YOUR LAST BREATH "
