L, when did you File the C-File FOIA? How many pages were in the package, did you knowingly request Paper over a searchable CD?

Just maybe, the VA is getting on the stick.

Then again, the conversion of all C-Files to E-Files has eliminated the clerk making all the copies; bagging or boxing them and shipping.

The searchable aspect of the CD makes any wait worthwhile.

I wasn't sure I'd get a complete copy, or just back to the Date of my 1st C-File FOIA. Haven't shred the old copy yet, as it was all on the New CD.

I just got my C-File on CD. It took about 8 months. Most of it was stuff I already had such as the paperwork used in filing a claim. I think the only new thing I got out of it was the copy of my C&P exams.

That was from your 1st review of the CD. A closer review will have Raters Decision comments, diary Dated past and future exams and even discussions regarding possible IU when Claims Awards were about to be made.

When you load the CD, how many total pages are indicated? Enter your Award letter Dates into the Search, then eyeball pages leading up to the Award. Can be a very interesting read.
