WomanMarine
Curious who has called the Trump VA WH hotline? I just realized that they are late on answering my complaint. It was submitted 5/10 and a response was due back in "21 business days" = 6/8 ... and nothing but 'crickets' ...

0 WomanMarine
Hmm ... So I called last week and the fellow on the other end of the line agreed, they should have gotten back to me by now. I waited another week and called again, however this time I was given a NEW case number and an additional 21 days before they were to get to it ... Not so good, so far ... 0 vetquest
Sounds to me like maybe the White House hotline is becoming overloaded like the BVA. WomanMarine
0 seminoles
When I called the woman who answered the phone told me to talk to my patient advocate. I laughed (inside) as if I am that stupid and hadn't taken every other route to remedy my problem and she did nothing. I finally said f it and called my congressman again and his office had it straightened out within a few weeks. I don't bother anymore, if the VA and the folks I know there can't fix my problem fairly quickly, in less than a month because that is how often I see that specialist. I call my congressman's office and they stick a boot up someones behind and I get another year of non va care approved. ArNG11

I talked to the 'patient advocate' ... I thought she was putting me on ... Her name was 'Helga' and she had a very, very heavy Russian accent. Not that we don't have US citizens that are Russian ... I
