treysnonna
Ok my hubby’s remand has just been forwarded to decision review officer. What do you think the time limit on it now. This is from a nod on Nov 2012.
0 Moderator broncovet Posted August 4, 2019 Moderator Share Posted August 4, 2019 We dont know if it will be 400 more days. There are several things which could vary this by a year or more. 1. For example, do you have an advance on the docket? (hardship)? 2. Is your's a very old claim (over 10 years)? These are supposedly given priority. 3. Are you lucky? Some claims are completed very fast, others take a very long time. The 467 days is an "average" from the BVA, and we have no idea if your claim is "average" or not. 0 treysnonna
Woohoo! Talked to va yesterday and she said a letter was sent out on the 7th. Looked on ebenefits today it says disabilities add up to 100% total and permanent. They granted 60 percent on kidney failure and another 10 for neuropathy for right lower extremities. Now if it shows 100% in the disability section on ebenefits it is not iu is it? I want to make sure I understand it. Thanks for all the advice from all you guys and Berta. I’ll let you know more when we get the actual letter.
