Delayed January 2020 pay

Hey, is anyone else experiencing a delay on the paycheck for January?

Beautifulbee No, my deposit was there by mid-morning as usual. Is this a disability you have been receiving for several months, or is it a new one? If it is new, you might have an error somehow on where the VBA sends the payment. And if you just got a bump to a 30% combined rating or higher, be sure your dependent status is up to date as well, because your comp will be higher.Check ebenies for payments and then  check your bank statement. Because the 1st of the month is a non-business day, a Saturday, February's payments are supposed to go out on the last business day, which is Friday the 31st. If it doesn't show up, call Peggy on Monday.

You can call on a weekend they have an automated line to.tell you if your deposIt was sent. Make sure your direct deposit info is still the same in ebenefits and that you can login, otherwise someone MAY have guessed your password and username.

 

Call your bank too. Sometimes Banks sit on direct deposits and they aren't required to notify you when they do.

Mine was deposited Friday morning at like 1 am.  My advice is to wait until monday and then call, but ebenefits shows "payments" so you can check there and with your bank.  Lets hope you have not been hacked and your payment sent to a hacker.

Mine was deposited on Friday as well.  The actual payment date was Jan 31 since the 1st fell on a Saturday.   Ebenefits under payment history will show if a payment was sent to you.

I have also not received my payment for January yet… I did just start receiving disability about four months ago.. But I don’t see why that would have anything to do with a payment being delayed this month
