Solid Proof for TDIU CLAIMS

Rate this question

Ddsr

Question

I say this very seriously to all of my fellow Vets that qualify for TDIU. The single greatest evidence one can have for both SSDI claims, and, or TDIU claims Unemployability is to get a FREE, keyword, FREE, evaluation from a chapter 31 VOCATIONAL REHAB Specialist. I am very willing to assist and guide on how to go about doing this please ask.

VITAL to have a good VSO

Is there such a thing? I had the NC VA county officer suggest to me that I ought to be happy with 10% and free Tylenol. I had a DRO hearing and had the NC rep lie to me that the DRO hearing was the same as a BVA hearing. I switched to DAV. No better. I went to the BVA. No c-file because DAV told me I would lose my place in line. He had no more idea about what my case was about than the man in the moon. He never brought up my SSDI. They want you to send everything to them and then they will send it to the VA. I just send everything straight to the VA. If they want to send DAV a copy then let them. I really don't see how you find a good VSO. I would just as soon get info from this site and just ignore the bad apples. I prefer when people post they mention what reg or decision backs up their post. Then I can read up on it and decide if I agree or not.

Ms Berta you know good and well I respect you and all your post After all these years...

The fiasco  with Alex and you and broncovet , I was only trying to end the argument here on hadit  maybe I did go at it the wrong way and I apologize  to you and all that were involved   I never meant it or chastised  you in anyway   why would I do that?

I know your more knowledgeable  than anyone here on Hadit  you proved that for years and years.  helping all these young and older veterans that come here for help..any kind of help concerning the VA and your damn good at it.

Ms berta as you know Gastone and I were friends here on hadit and we posted  things together  helping other veterans for years.

btw(I am not sure Gastone is deceased?  but maybe out of it and just a vegetable now after his brain cancer surgery?

I get  know response back from his private email....the last thing Gastone said to me   'well if you don't see me on hadit   well I am taking my dirt nap..I do not want to speculate on his death  because I simply do not know?

I know I am guilty of not putting up the CFR's  #'s To prove what I say  I would hope the veteran in doubt will look them up if he don't believe me or come back and correct me if I give out wrong information..to me this is how we all learn  and not get pissed at one another.

AS for as this with Ddsr I have not hurt anyone here  or said things that would be considered hurtful.or lied about anything.

We have a disagreement on how to use evidence as for as a IU Claim.

Ddsr is pissed because ,  I just let Ddsr Know about a conversation I had with Gastone a few years back, some of our conversation were via private email and some were PM's here on hadit.

(Gastone and I )never went to these post to discuss these things openly on hadit  we did that out of respect to the veterans in question.

Anyway things I had mention to Ddsr..that Gastone had mention to me as Gastone was helping him with his IU Claim ,

unfortunately I can't seem to find them here on hadit  and the  private emails were deleted.

Ddsr mention a feasibility letter from VA Voc-Rehab  and a favorable C&P EXAM is all the veteran needs to win his IU Claim.

I beg to disagree with that and I had mention the feasibility letter was good to have from VA  Voc Rehab but that was not all that was needed,  he also needs a good letter from a qualified Dr medical opinion that has read his records and examined him  and gave his medical opinion that due to his service connected disability's he was unemployable  or could no longer do any type work including sedentary work..

That's basically all I mention .

but I did let Ddsr know about that conversation I had with Gastone before he got down sick.

Gastone mention to me he was helping Ddsr but he was a hot head and was hard to help and would not listen to him and he was Lucky to win his IU CLAIM and Gastone was glad   that he won  he was tired of repeating himself to Ddsr ...> which I mention back to Gastone I understand  and that was the end of it .

Ddsr mention his IU win and left hadit  until he came back today/or yesterday. to say that the feasibility letter from VA Voc-Rehab was all that was needed to win the IU claim.

and I got on the band wagon so-to speak to let veterans know that is not all what veterans need to prove their IU Claim.

Anyway I apologize to you and Ddsr if I up set you guys in anyway  that is not my intentions  and I hope you know me better than that MS Berta.

if you want to read all these post  here is a link to them.
