My appeal changed to the same status today. 

Hopefully, we get what we deserve.

How long did it take to get in front of the judge?  Mine was filed 12/2019 and still says waiting for judge assignment.

Our appeal was filed 2/20 and it’s still pending judge review

In January 2021, I sent off one to the BVA. About two weeks ago, I received a letter saying it had been docketed, but they are waiting for assignment. I call about once a month to check the status of it. They tell me that BVA is taking about one year. I honestly believe that might be a significant understatement. Back in the late 1990s, I went to the BVA twice and each took about two years.

i had my appeal hearing with judge in aug of last year. it sat with the judge until last week. if that gives you any timeline
