I also applied for Individual Unemployment. VA did not ask about able to work.

What should I expect from all of this I appreciate any help.

Welcome to Hadit. I am Service Connected for Panic Disorder and Major Depression 100%. If you can show a link to Service and also treatment after you left service unless it is less than a year you probably have a good claim. If you are not working you should add a request for Unemploability due to Service Connection

Good Luck

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Pete made the key point for your claim-

regardless of the nexus statement the VA doctor made- as to "more than likely"

a veteran still has to prove the nexus, reason, etiology, event etc that caused the inservice depression-

if you have already provided VA with that evidence, then the C & P is good-if not it is only an opinion that would corroborate fact- the proven nexus.

I didnt see the 50% rating in this post you made and maybe you posted that elsewhere-

If this is claim for higher SC rating of what SC you already have-I dont understand that C & P at all-

If this is claim for initial SC of the disabilities you listed-

the service nexus has to be proven.

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

I see a very high rating based on the Scolosis and hypertensive Migraine headaches. Scoliosis is a seriously disabling condition where the vertabrates are badly out of line. The Headaches are also serioiusly disabling. I agree with Pete. You may get IU or even 100 percent schedular.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

Scoliosis may be very hard to prove a service connection.

"It is cold and we have no blankets.

The little children are freezing to death.

My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death.

I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find.

Maybe I shall find them among the dead.

Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad.

From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever."
