After much ado, I just got done searching my records, my current VA SOC reasoning and I wonder. How do I appeal a rating for an earlier EED? According to the va I was 'later diagnosed as adjustment disorder mixed with emotional features." VA SOC also discuss's my 'bouts of anxiety, assault, continuous outpatient mental health treatment, inpatient treatment. Although the issue of 'depression' wasnt initially claimed, I did list the …

Are We Able To See The Credentials Of…
Credentials of… I have a question and I think it is one that I know the answer to before I ask it. Can we see on line (or other media) were our C&P and VAMC Dr’s, PA’s , etc went to school like you can look up with most private insurance co’s. Having this ability is beneficial for many reasons, but one basic key could be that when you looked up a medical providers med school and year of grad you could get a sense for their age… i.e. how much experience the person has, etc. Thanks,

Dr. Referal ?
Can you request and get a referal to another Dr.? Even if it means going outside the VA Hospital system, to get one to see and the VA will pay for it? I need to get in to see a ENT DR. and we only have one with a Nurse Practitioner, both of whom I do not get along with very well. I disagreed with his assessment of my Nose problem and he wrote an assessment of my problem in a very bad light of my attitude towards his idea on how to treat my problem. 1. He said I was a candidate for a traciotomy because of my weight, with out even the benefit of a sleep study to show him, that I do not have sleep apnea to such a degree that it would be necessary. …

E-mail President George W Bush
If you send a respectfully written, and well worded letter by e-mail you will get a response. I got a letter from the White House after two weeks and my regional office called me to respond to my complaints as directed by the office of the president. Then I recieved a letter from the RO saying that my letter to the president had caused a review of my C file and that they had to respond back to the president with an answer. It was the first time that the RO has ever called me! Of course they will probabaly loose my file when the review is done with. I also sent the same letter Via e-mail to five congressmen and the Secretary of The Department of Veterans Affairs. I do know…

Da Form 20 - Army
Army DA form 20, This is an Army form used, I believe in the 60's and 70's. I've never seen this form mentioned in a thread. It is titled as "Enlisted Qualification Record". I find it does contain quite a bit of information on where a service member was, at what time, and the one I'm currently researching states in Jan 1963 the vet was a team leader in Korea with a completely different MOS listed, than any other place in his records. His MOS changed from, 140.00 to 111.00 then to 111.60. Can anyone provide me with more info on these MOS's ? Thanks to all, carlie
