tdiu Tdiu As Inferred Issue
http://72.14.209.104/custom?q=cache:NH78zl...381742111066612 "h. Identifying Inferred Claims of IU The Rating Veterans Service Representative (RVSR) is responsible for identifying claims with potential entitlement to increased compensation based on IU even when no specific claim for the benefit has been made. A claim of IU is reasonably raised or inferred when the evidence shows that a veteran’s schedular rating meets the minimum criteria found in 38 CFR 4.16(a), and evidence in the claimant’s file or under Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) control shows the veteran might be unemployable as a result of SC disability." I have attached so many TDIU for…

tdiu I Spoke To My Dav Rep Today
Hi All, I spoke with DAV representative today and he told me that the VA Appeals process awarded me an increase from 10% IBS to 30% IBS. I told him that I haven't worked in almost 4 years and I have unable to work because of my service connected disabilities. He suggested that I file for TDIU (which a few of you suggested it too) However, I'm not sure of where to start. Do you all think that I could actually be granted TDIU? I was going to school through the Vocah Rehab program, but my disabilities aggarvated me so bad until I had to quit. My Vocah Rehab counseler mentioned Independent Living Services. Need some guidance here. Before I file for TDIU I want …

Bellezza V. Principi, 16 Vet. App. 145 (2002)
Bellezza v. Principi, 16 Vet. App. 145 (2002) The appellant appealed a BVA decision denying entitlement to reimbursement by VA for the cost of previously unauthorized medical services he received from the Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center. The veteran was transferred to that facility from North Collier Hospital for evaluation and treatment of a myocardial infarction. He stayed at the Southwest Florida facility for five days. A VA physician opined that there was a high probability that the veteran's emergency condition had resolved prior to the transfer but that, without information from the North Collier facility, he was unable to make this determination. No Dic For Me
A few days ago I called my county svc rep because VA has still been paying me UI at the rate for having a dependant even though my husband died 8/31. I wanted to know why were they still paying me too much. Well, this morning she called me back & told me that Little Rock was going to turn down my claim for DIC because I can not draw UI & DIC at the same time. She couldn't answer why they were taking so long to adjust my pay. I know why!!!! That way they can deny my claim & twist the knife in my back by demanding all that extra they have paid me over 7 mo! Life is sweet for the VA :D My husband was my buffer to the outside world. He drove me everywhere. Now…

Retirees Under Temporary Early Retirement Authority (tera) Crdp
I found this information on the DFAS website and wondered - does it suggest disability retirees with less than 20 years or regular retirees with less than 20? Feedback is welcome. I am writing DFAS for clarification also. Eligibility for CRDP ".......if you are a disability retiree with less than 20 years of service or a retiree who combined your military time and civil service time to qualify for a civil service retirement, you are not eligible."cg

16 Days Since Notified By Dav Vso And
I remember it took 6 weeks once and two weeks another time between rating decisions and dates of notification. If it stays as is (as written in three page DAV letter) I am going to NOD the effective dates. I beleive there were 7 changes in % and dates, went from 50% initial to 80% initial date (date after retirement). Then change numbers 2 thru 6 all stayed at 90% even though 5 went up here and there then change 7 went from 90% to 100%. 040607_2nd_dro_review.xls 072505_2nd_dro_review.xls 092906_2nd_dro_review.xls 072507_2nd_dro_review.xls 060104_2nd_dro_review.xls

ptsd What Are Vet Reps Supposed To Do Other Than Get Evidence To Va?
In a previous thread a hadit member stated that all he used his VSO for was to get information time stamped and to the VA. At the risk of showing my complete ignorance here (and I've been in the VA claims process for 3 years) other than sending the VA the information you want to make sure they get, what are the vet reps supposed to do? My former DAV rep did submit my NOD after I got my initial denial for sc of my disability AFTER I happened to talk to the supervisor who told me he'd make sure my rep turned in an NOD but I never got a copy of it. Is the VSO supposed to send you copies of the correspondence they send to the VA on your behalf? The reason I ask is…
