This Website View Of Pages Changed For The Worse T-bird
T-Bird, Please change the website viewing of the pages back to "Portrait" view. Somehow yesterday everything changed to Landscape and to view these pages you have to scroll all the way across to read. It is aggravating, they should be set back to the way they were to fit screen. I hate this, please change it back.

Squeaky Wheel
Today I received a confirmation of my March 5 complaint to the state Governor about my vet reps. It was an interesting letter- when Spitzer became the Gov not long ago he promised to look into state agencies real good- I also had sent my rep a copy of the letter- I dont think he believed I would send it so I also sent him the USPS info that it was received. On March 8th my claim went from appeals to the rating board. Maybe just a coincidence- I know one thing for sure-I can back up everything I said in that letter and then on March 6th AM I sent my rep a copy of the NEXT letter to the Governor if they dont address the first one. tdiu My Claim For Tdiu Status, What Happened Now?
You know, Here is another claim of mine that has disappeared now without a decision. I originally submitted my official claim for TDIU and provided both an IMO MD and VA Neuropsychologist evidence of my unemployability clearly such as the MD and VA N.P. statement that "He is unemployable due to his disabilities." In rating decision dated 28 December, 2006 in paragraph 6. It stated that my claim for Individual Unemployability is "deferred" pending additional information. In the evidence portion it referenced the IMO MD letter and the N.P report. Here came the 21 February, 2007 rating decision. The evidence that was present in the Dec decision is still present …

tinnitus Disgusted At My Rep
As some of you may remember I filed a claim for iu around October of 2006. ( I don't feel like looking up exact dates) We had a temporary rep for one month and it was while he was here that I filed it. The secretary that has been there since the beginning of time tried to talk him out of filing it since I was only 50%, But I convinced him to file it anyhow. He relocated a couple of weeks later. Since we had no rep I called one who works at the ro and he has been helping me since. He also didn't think it would be reviewed either but when he checked the computer, he found it had left one rater and gone to another. It was then I told him I had a claim for bilateral hearing …
