Rotator Cuff and Calcium Tendonitis
As a sufferer of left shoulder and arm painful Calcium Tendonitis I have both good and bad news for those who have been diagnosed or suffer from this common affliction. A very recent medical article at bottom of Newsmax news feed states that the long time normal treatments to cure this painful problem is useless and that in most patients the calcium deposits and pain go away after a long period of time. This is exactly what occurred to me. For at least a year I suffered from this chit and could not move my left arm in any direction without moderate to severe pain and then whoa the pain went away over a month ago and everything is back to normal. I did have…

Va Claim Exam
I took my claims exam on September 25th. Today october 12th the examiner hasn't submitted the report to VA. So i reached out to LHI now Optumserve and they told me the provider hasnt sent them the report after reaching out to the provider several times. Should I be worried? Will VA make a decision without the report? Also va asked me for medical evidence ( BTW I submitted it when I filed the claim) after the exam. Is this a normal practice 🤔? Also, I filed this claim in October of 2022 Thanks in advance for any advice.

Errors on filed 526EZ how to correct and re-file.
Form 21-526EZ, I filed on 8/18 with a county VA services rep. It has some errors on it and information that needs to be added. I've called them three times to set up an appointment. They are not responding back. Is there a method by which I can file a corrected 526 form myself?

PACT Claim - Name Specific Claimed Disability being requested for my Claim
I submitted my claim under the new PACT act 2 months ago. They are now asking me to complete Form 21-4138 Statement in Support of Claim to name my specific claimed disability. I submitted a claim for several diagnoses and provided my printout from my Sharp account showing that I do have all of them. Are they now asking me to list only one specific diagnosis when I have many? That doesn't seem right and I'm confused. Or, do I need to provide this form for each and every diagnosis I'm claiming? The VA said with this new PACT act that you didn't have to prove if your dianoses were caused by Agent Orange if you were in Vietnam during the specific dates and subjected to …

Why VARO frequently ignores Benefit of the Doubt and other rules.
Decades of frustrated veterans filing well grounded claims with solid evidence to be then denied (often quickly) by VARO raters may be due to U.S. Supreme Court rulings of old and even recent. For example. As the Supreme Court explained in NLRB v. Noel Canning (2014): “The longstanding ‘practice of the government’ . . . can inform [the] determination of what the law is.” That is in line with James Madison’s view that “a regular course of practice” can “liquidate and settle the meaning” of ambiguous constitutional provisions. Also. The Supreme court ruled in Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council Inc., 467 U.S. 837 (1984) Under Chevron, a court…

Rant not a question
Well I have finally caved in. After many years of fighting without SMR's I have finally hired a lawyer to fight for me. I am tired of it. I know I have lost years in my life dealing with the stress of the VA. I got myself up to 90% but the last 2 tries for Sleep apnea have been denied and I'm over it. I only say this here because I know I am not the only one but 20% of any award or backpay is worth it for me. I am not looking forward to more shitty C&P exams where NP and barely trained people get to over rule an actual Dr. in the field for years but I am going to win this fight (hopefully). Just now it is going to be with help. Keep fighting my friends.
