tdiu Employability Questionaires
I did not get my employability questionaire for TDIU on time this year. I sent a form I downloaded of the VA website. Everyone on IU should watch for this form and take some action if they don't get it on time. They lost my form twice last year. If you have moved and the form does not catch up with you the VA may cut off your IU benefits if for some reason they don't have your address.

ptsd Ptsd P&t
I am wondering if anyone has been through something similar. I was awarded a P&T letter in September of 2007 and another in October of 2007. VA now says that I am not P&T, but I recently received the yearly statement of benefits and it says Permanently and totally disabled from service connected disabilities. I called the 1-800-827-1000 number, and they again state that I am not P&T. I said heck with it, and have applied for P&T based upon recommendation of my VSO. Anyone else ever go through this? Thanks very much.

ptsd C And P Exam Declined Left At 30%
So I had a PTSD C and P exam and had a jerk of a doctor. Due to my PTSD and Sleep Apnea I asked for an afternoon appointment. Well the VA set me up for a 3:30 appointment and you guessed it, the doctor was in a rush to get me out the door my 4 pm to get home. He kept blowing me off and ignoring me when I was explaining my situations. I wound up asking me if he "planned on actually helping me?" I guess this made him mad and about two minutes later he told me "we are done". My question is this, do I file and appeal or file some sort of mistreatment or what do I do? I had a VA rep tell me not to file an appeal but some kind of reevaluation or something like that? Any help wo…

ptsd Ptsd And Ssdi
Working with combat Nam vet whose C&P 2 years ago was 45 GAF, he has been through the PTSD program twice. We have continued the Appeal for an increase from the 30% awarded for PTSD and the 60% awarded for Cardiovascular Disease secondary to PTSD. We also filed for SSDI and it has taken 2 years of appeals to get SSDI for PTSD and Cardiovascular, SSDI is paying him backpay for the little over 2 years from SSDI claim date. Just got his latest C&P in from the VA, says he remains at 30% PTSD. I do NOT want to start a NEW claim by submitting the SSDI Award which was based on the VA records from 2 years ago, but isn't there a case or Memo somewhere that the VA must consi…

ptsd Mst Ptsd Denial
Hi everyone! Although I have been visiting this forum for quite some time this is the first time I've actually posted. I received my denial letter from the DRO yesterday. I was a bit bummed but not entirely upset which is good in a odd way. It means my antidepressants and lithium actually work otherwise I'd be crying hysterically, ha. I can't figure out why it keeps getting denied. To make a long story short about my situation, I was sexually assaulted by a coworker. After that incident I blocked it out of my mind. I didn't want to believe that something like that happened to me. I was getting ready for my overseas physical when I found out I was pregnant. I had…
