  2. depend on your RO. I went from review of evidence to complete in less than 30 days.
  3. I submitted it as an FDC, but after it went to gathering evidence and I started getting C&Ps I submitted more evidence. oh and thank you all, this forums has always been a big help!
  4. took 8 months and 20 days but today I am 80% SC. now I'm waiting for the money to hit my bank account. New Orleans RO wasn't too bad.
  5. my cps were done through the VA. showed up on healthyvet 3 days after
  6. i was in prep for dec. then got kicked back to gathering evidence with a "development letter set". I never got a letter. An ACE c&P was scheduled for something I already did a inperson C&P for months ago.
  7. you being employed will hurt your chances of getting 100%.
  8. I had already done a C&P for mental health, now they want me to do it again with the same person. CP is why I got the letter it appears, just an update
  9. claim was kicked back to gathering evidence from prep for dec monday. The VA has scheduled me for another mental C&P. I'm extra nervous
  10. it went from prep for dec. to review of evidence last week, now today it goes back to gathering evidence with a status update: Development Letter Sent. my estimated completion date has been push back to next year now. what does it all mean? I thought I was so close.....

  13. I'm curious also. I think it might be on a case by case basis though.
  14. I was never able to submit a claim on ebens. I just cert mailed it and they got it 2 days later.
  15. on another va forum the word is ebens will be back tuesday.
  16. it's chill, you'll just be answering a lot of questions. then it becomes just moderated talking.
  17. I'll try to stop checking ebens. hopefully my claims roll in my favor. thanks for the replies
  18. It's telling me the required evidence is past due on eben? My last C&P was on the 21st of nov. I can accesses my C&Ps on myhealthyvet, should I download them and upload them to the eben site? Is this normal? or should I just wait. the due date was yesterday dec 3.
  19. thanks for the replies. I've been going through The Board of Veterans' Appeals and I see multiple cases of people serving less than a year, a year, 2 years who've gotten service connected for bipolar. Also, she said I only had one mental disorder when my claim mentions multiple diagnosis, from anxiety states, major depression, adjustment disorder, major depression, and schizophrenia. again thanks for the info, hopefully it swings in my favor.
  20. I'm looking through my va notes on myhealthyvet through the blue button feature and it has my general C&P info from this past thursday along with my visit to a psych and therapist that day because I told my gen cp examiner I was having suicidal thoughts when she asked me. Will my mental health C&P examiner have access to the files or will I have to download them and upload to my evidence? I go tomorrow. Also in my general C&P my doctor added I had a heart condition I overlooked in my medical records. If it's legit which she thinks will it be added to claim list or will I have to claim in another claim? thanks for the help.
  21. I served about 3 years. Only mentioned headaches in my mental health appointments and it's hardly documented. I also brought it up once and the doctor just gave me tylenol, which hardly worked so I self medicated. I brought it up again during my discharge exam. The doctor wrote "headaches are attributed to tension and are often resolved by rest". I feel my neuro exam might be a waste of time and lead to a denial for lack of history. Does the person handling my claim think I have a legit claim and that's why I got a C&P for it or is it just protocol to schedule C&Ps for all problems?
