Buck true I might just do it myself on ebenefits. Many say to first file for SSI through state then do IU so there are many routes I am just trying to choose the best route. I do think it is faster through E-Benifits

Thank You Buck i do think it would be best to go to my VSO and have him help complete the claim
  3. I am at 70% and have depression as one of my claims. I wanted to file for IU due to not able to hold employment due to depression as well as IBS. Do I do this on E Benefits?
  4. Yes I already knew that hotline was a waste of time. I am waiting on the paperwork. When I get that if it says I am reduced I will come at there asses full force/
  5. xxxx them. I will keep fighting there asses. I do not think I was reduced. I am still at 70% but you better believe I am going to keep pushing paperwork to show there xxxxxxx scandalous asses.
  6. VETERANS...I wanted to express to all that we must stand up and united against what continues to be wrong with the Veterans Association. Specifically I want to talk to all about C&P exams. I recently had a C&P exam which in the end has me doing whatever I can and searching for information regarding what happened. During the C&P exam I from the beginning requested a form 10-5345. The examiner stated they did not know what that was. So I was from the beginning ready to let the examiner I was aware of what was going to happen. As the exam was completed I made sure I in fact turned in the release of information form 10-5345. As I read the notes I could not believe the examiner had written false information. Basically the examiner quoted things I never said which would hurt my claim. Today I received an email to complete that had to do with my recent C&P visit. This was sent by the VA. Since all of the scandalous exposure of the VA there has been a string of these surveys sent to Veterans. I can only hope these surveys will in fact be read and acted upon. I completed the survey explaining what happened and am in hopes that someone that has integrity from the VA will contact me to discuss further. I am also going to go over this with my VSO and further fill out paperwork on this incident. My point to all is DO NOT sit around and allow these things to happen. Lets all be proactive and keep pushing as has been the case now for about 3 years. I can see us gaining ground, but we must not rest on our laurels.
  7. Jeff I checked all the AB8 letters on e benefits and it says the same, no change. Do you know if I was reduced would that show on the letter. As it is dated on the AB8 with today's date I am with the same disability I have been at for the past 4 years.
  8. Thank You for your advice. So far E-Benefits shows the claim is completed and my rating has not changed. I am hoping that is a good sign. The paperwork should be arriving soon. I really do not see how i could be reduced as I have records with my Doctor that the C&P idiot seen that are showing my IBS is very bad still.
  9. Buck my claim on this is IBS which at this point cannot be increased as I am already receiving the max for that. This is only an attempt for the VA to decrease it.
  10. I can tell you this Doctor made two specific comments quoting word for word things I never said, that is a blatant lie. I am going to call him on it that is for sure. If I am reduced im going to my VSO and going after this Doctor's throat. This is the same Doctor that gave me a shitty C&P years ago when I was initially denied.
  11. Yes buck this was clearly a C&P set up by the VA to reduce my IBS. I am at maximum for that claim so the Doctor clearly is trying to say that I should be reduced by stating things I never said and if I said what this Doctor said then it would be basically asking the VA to reduce my claim. Wtf like I am going to do that. I will take this all to my VSO if I am denied. He is very helpful.
  12. Thank You I will let you know when I get the letter. I really appreciate your help.
  13. Thank You. Yes to be exact the C&P was requested by the VA to re-evaluate my IBS which is already at maximum so they requested the C&P only to reduce it. Again my concern is the Doctor stated specific quotes I did not tell him. I am seeing that I can challange the decision, but for now to wait until I recieve the decision in the mail which should be this week. Then go from there.
  14. What can one do if the VA Dr. made statements that I never said? This is very concerning to me to read the evaluation and to see the Dr. flat out lie and state word for word that I said something that I never said!
  15. I have just recently had a re-evaluation at the VA for a condition I have been 30% for the past 3 years. Just tonight the C&P VA Doctor that did the C&P made statements saying that I said things that I never said. This is a clear lie as the Doctor says I told him specific information that I never told him I cant believe he is saying I said this when I did not. I am going to appeal it and fight this to the end. No way there should ever be a Doctor at the VA making fictitious statements that were never told to that Doctor.

Jeff, I am assuming that you are referring to the E-Benefits page that shows my total disabilty. At the bottom it reads Pending Disabilities status as No Pending Disabilities to display at this time.

Thank You Jeff.  I just went to letters and it shows no change in disability rating. Everything is still the same. I am hoping that is a good sign that I was not reduced. I wlll also call that number tomorrow.

      jfrei

also Jfrei stands for my first intial frei my last name. one other thing to also check while your waiting to call is just making sure it was a decision that was sent by checking your historical claims to see if its listed in there. The office of case management will get your answers please post them so I know they helped like I now they will if my suggestion is call around 945- 1045. They say open at 8 but the phones aren't on until 930 sometimes and if your on hold for 17 minutes it will hang up call again eventually you will get someone it once took me 3 times. The names Jamie FYI
