He is for everyone. Just place the call and speak to Ken Smith or Erica.

Just by luck, I somehow located these email addresses and telephone numbers, when I did a search on the internet and thought, " What have I got to lose.

I first called Ken Smith and then I started sending him emails of everything that I send to the rater and always clicked a return when opened.

Ken Smith has been helping me with my claim. He called those two Psychiatrist and told them to get that file back in.

When it went to the rating over-flow. He called Ms Winston to get it out of there and work it.

Out if came.

It is rated now and at least, I am out of there.

Just ask to speak to Erica or Ken Smith either one. They have equal postions.

It seems to be working, I just read Allans post.

Fred, is new and doesn't know anything. Mrs. Plummer, in my opinion will feed you a bunch of bull. James and Lidel is the one you want.

Lidel just received a promotion, but darn he is good and they both have a big heart for veterans.

Lidel and his wife are both veterans.

James is just as nice as Lidel. James is 50 years old, he told me that today.

Those two have left the telephone to get my file and they have really went out of there way to help me.

You can do like I do keep calling until they answer the telephone.

I was able to talk to Erica before she walked out the door to a meeting.

I sent her an email with some background information and fwd a copy to Diane Winston with Pauls help.

Erica has my money on returning a call.

I spoke to Lidel about two days ago and he told me that he substitutes as a 800# telephone answerer when needed.

I agree about Fred, he is just learning his position.

Mrs. Plummer, recently, she told me my claim was in Phoenix, AZ and that sent me calling around looking for my file, I finally I got thru to Glenn and I found out that it was at the AMC. To others, be careful what Mrs. Plummer tells you.

I have a repoir with Glenn the (team coach), we both have the same duty assignment, Fort Polk, LA. I was there in 1972 and he was there in 1992, twenty years later.
