Anyway she contacted the Resource Center in Huntington, West Va. They are already rating my claim. Here is the plan. Absolutely 100% back to 1992 and they are investigating paying me back to 1978. She said I can rest assured, I will definitely be paid back 16 years at 100%. The Rater is very competent she said and knows him personally. She said I was the VA'S "Special Case" and everything is being expedited. After the rating my claim goes to the Central Command for the needed 3 signatures for she said it was a heck of a lot of money.
