I am hoping the BVA took notice of this bogus C&P and will put a stop to them. It is disgraceful what they did to me and they have been doing it for years and this must stop. Normally I wouldn't post the doctors involved in my claim, but due to what the VA did to me, I posted them just in the event a veteran reading our post just might be in my area and come into contact with those two names. It is not just the money but the validation and vidication. What do you think was the main factor that pushed the VA over the edge to do justice? Usually, the longer the injustice the more they stick to the crime against the veteran. There have been big wins here at Hadit but this tops them all I think. Keep us informed of all your progress. We are all proud of you and give "For She's a Jolly Good Fellow". Someone at the VA has a brain and a heart. I did not think that institution had an ounce of justice in them.
