Pete, He was there and he saw it all. He treated me and helped me with my discharge. He took me home with him to babysit for him and his wife. It seems just like yesterday. The same caring person that I knew in service. One of the most caring doctors. I have kept his telephone call to me on my answering machine, for 3 years calling to tell me he had reviewed all of his medical records and those of the Psychiatrist he sent me to and to give him a call for the letter. This is when he told me of taking all of my military records and protected them from being destroyed. The Judge placed his complete letter in my award letter. If this is not adversarial then I don't know what is. Who says the VA just rules on the evidence? They cheat,lie and misrepresent the facts when it suits them.
