I was rated at the R.O April 12, 2008 and

received my retro check May 16, 2008 and this was for

16 years retro.

I did sign up for automatic deposit and my first monthly check will

be at my bank this Friday the 30th.

I filled out the dependent papers for my husband to receive 11 years

of retro and the service manager sent me an email he would start

processing it and have a letter to me shortly.

I filled out the papers for the TDIU

and have already had the Roanoke

office date stamp and sent to Huntington for me.

I sent an inquiry concerning my NOD 2004 for headaches.

I paid off the Mortgage, New Car we purchased last year, paid off the

charge cards, and bought myself $3000.00 dollars worth of dolls.

Saving the rest.

Not much when I got through with it.

I did as recommended. I placed it in joint checking acccount at the

bank, went the next day had my bank authorize a check in my

husbands name and it left my name in 24 hours.

I am sorry I have been so late in posting this to all.

I have posted it on others site, but not one especially for everyone

to read.

Believe without the members of Hadit,

this would have never happened.

I thank everyone, Too many to mention.

This was a group win for all.

Low- balled Yes, will I get a lawyer later, most likely before the

year is up, but laying low at this time.

Again, thanks and hugs to all!

Betty

Thanks so much Ruby,

I am so sorry, as I didn't realize I hadn't posted it.

Goodness, if it hadn't been for all you guys

this would have never happened.

Believe me it was a battle,

but look at all the help I had and so much support.

If others are reading this post,

by all means, keep going with your claim.

It took me a lifetime to prove my claim,

but we won!!

Always,

Betty

Give us a hint, Betty. Was it 6 figures? Hot damn and tax free. If there was any justice in this world they would have to pay interest on that retro.

John,

Yes, it was 6 figures and this does not include my husbands' retro.

The Service Manager has been really nice to me and sent me an email

he had received the dependent form and the marriage license and would

be paying him back 11 years.

I am waiting to hear ,as I know the claim, for headaches has now

been re-opened also to the new and material evidence of those

Military Psychiatric Records and this will also open the claim to

1992. I filed a NOD for # 1. Chronic Anxiety and # 2. Headaches

Perhaps I will get the TDIU, don't know.

If not, so be it.

God Bless You John!!

Always,

Betty
