i have claim at appeals management center. i i have been there two years this time on second remand . called and one time they said waiting on third signature , called second time said waitin on decision ,called third time said decision made waiting on authorization , would not tell me decision. asked if this meant if i had won my claim guy said not necessarily. said would recieve notice 4 to 5 weeks . any body been through this ? or know what is happening

Josephine This too has Failed as for Ms. Paris she is rude and bullish.Ms Moye does not wish to get involved,and for Ms.Anderson have not spoken with her.Now as for VBA Executive or supervisor ,Mr David Spivey he just tells me you know your point of contact and also states I am not allowed to talk to you and then hangs the phone up.Same goes for VISN and i can go right down the list and name all the names i have contacted but when I throw someone under the BUS its going to be ALL OF THEM.Not just a select few.Accross the BOARD in my attempt for resolve this has failed and I followed proper channels start at the BOTTOM and work your way to the top!!! I still LOVE YOU ALL.

Earlier in the month I was able to get through and get someone to connect me to the right people. As of next week until January 5, 2009 the Government will be on a skeleton crew. Use or lose leave. Many get 8 hours of leave per pay period and can't use them during the year, you can only carry over 240 hours, and after that you lose it or can donate it. Most people I know do both (DoD).
