Ssa Court Date?

Question

I received paper work to be filled out to prepare for court it has been almost three years since I worked, how long can I expect to be sitting tall before the man now the prep is underway....Thanks Rich.

How long it takes to actually go before a judge depends on the back log of cases. I am not sure how far Florida is behind, but some areas in MO are so far behind that they are saying 18 months from when you filed the request. To get a better idea of when they might have you on the docket, you can call the Office of Adjudication and Review that serves your area. The number should be on the first page of your request for hearing confirmation.

Yoggie, you have a 20 day notice period for your court date. Your attoeney should call you for a sit down meeting to discuss your case.

It is imparative that Social security has every shred of evidence.
