Well, how do I say it? I won a SSD Bench decision back in Jan 8th they finally got my SSD monthly going but not 1 dime of my back pay? I call and it doesn't seem to do any good. I have over 2 1/2 years of retro and I am being told "we are checking to see if you got any SSI and it will be about 60 days" this was back in late Jan well, 60 came and went I called again and again I was told "Uh yeah I see here where we put in a rush the other day" this was the 2nd of Apr... You should have it in 4 to 6 weeks? Is there anything else I can do......Thanks Yogg

Call your rep in Washington and ask them to personally interviene.

Explain the sutiation, ALJ decision and the dates and that they are playing this game with you. ( Different answer every time you call).

It is not a matter of your certification to receive your SSDI, you already have that. Your Retro is the major player and they need to get it to you as time is of the essence.

It now is a matter of legal presendence. The bottom line is this. You have been determined by a judge to not be able to work.

I am reading this as the SSD does not like Judges telling them what to do.

The VA follows suit.
