Ironman
Hello everyone. I beat all the odds and got 100% disability for Major depression on the very first try. I would like to thank everyone for all the valuable information I gathered here on the forums. I got my backpay and the 1st thing I did was buy a new car and also bought a small house. I am pretty well set now I never have to worry about paying rent or making a car payment anytime soon. I owe you all a ton of thanks for making it alot smoother processing my claim. It took a long year to get through this process but with all the info on this site it made things go smoothly. Again I want to give big thanks for all the information and would like to thank Tbird especially for making such a wonderful site for us veterans. Moderator broncovet Posted October 24, 2009 Moderator Share Posted October 24, 2009 (edited) Congratulations! It doesnt sound like your claim was proceesed all that quickly if you had enough retro to buy a house and a car..that sounds like at least a couple years or more to me. HadIt.com Elder LarryJ Posted October 24, 2009 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 24, 2009 Oh yeah. A couple of questions: Did they say "no future exams are scheduled" or anything about Chapt 35 or DEA (Dependents Educational Assistance) or CHAMPVA?
