No way.

SSDi uses a different determination for disability.Your condition or conditions must prevent you from doing any work and last 1 year or result in death

VA uses a percentage system based on the level of earnings capacity your condidions cause you compared to the manufacturing economy.

I dont think they care the least about your VA disability.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

If you have the quarters pretty close to automatic provided you can get a Doc to say you can't go to work for at least a year.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Got SSDI first time in. I got the paperwork in order, application, pay slips, pretabbed medical records to support my self report type statement, job description, just followed the process. Learned the first clerk just interested in numbers, not info. Nice people, even gave me a telephone number to call and spoke to the person listed, no recorder!

For my children, my God sent husband and my Hadit family of veterans, I carry on.

God Bless A m e r i c a, Her Veterans and their Families!
