How Many People Are Waiting On Appeal?

How many people are waiting on appeal, and how long has your appeal been pending for an answer of approved or denied?

I am in month 5.

Appeal sent in about Novemember 2009, with help of my VSO.

I object to the VA forcing me into a "savings account at 0% interest" by delaying claims for years. The VA lists me as "competent to manage my finances", so I dont need the Va telling me I need to open this savings account where I may never live to withdraw any of it. Often Vets become homeless because they cant make "rent" because "the savings account is frozen" while the VA takes their sweet time to process the application. Justice delayed is justice denied, and these appeal delays sometimes run for decades.

It is not right that the VA does this to Veterans.

going into month 8 on waiting for my appeal hearing.. I appealed in October 2009.

Nod 2006 American Legion Rep brief in 2008,I tracked him down and made use of him with new evidence.It is supposed to be in custody of the board waiting list now. This is my second time around for Bva so maybe they will do something besides a darn remand.

I had a C&P exam today, I have another exam next week.. I left a note in the C&P Forum section..

note: the VA Mission Valley office (San Diego) (not the building) really sucked bad,..

I had my C&P exams last month,,, 60 days will be the end of September 2010..
