Moderator pacmanx1 Posted June 29, 2010 Moderator Share Posted June 29, 2010 Congrats My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions. Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up. I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records. HadIt.com Elder LarryJ Posted June 29, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted June 29, 2010 YEAH! I'M LOVING IT! "It is cold and we have no blankets. The little children are freezing to death. My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death. I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find. Maybe I shall find them among the dead. Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad. From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever." Chief Joseph

johnjjr
Again, many thanks to all at Hadit for all the info and help in my success thus far. As I said before, I'm now at 90%. 20% DM II 40% Left lower extremety 40% Right lower extremety 30% Left upper extremety 20% Right upper extremety Since all these are of the same etiology, secondary to the diabetes, my TDIU claim shouldn't be a problem. My CAD appeal is the one I really want and will keep fighting forsince CAD is what will probably do me in in the end. But with Berta's help, I think I stand a good chance of winning that one too. Once all my ducks are swimming peacefully on the pond, I'll get back to reading the VBM and helping others fight the fight. Again, many thanks and have a great day!!!!!!!!!
