The VA tries to say i had the condition when i went into the service EPTE

my family never had any heart problems ,they all died of old age

meanwhile there have been 13 heart sugerys over the years and many other documented heart problems 15 times in the hospital for weeks at the time. The va always wants new and more evidence..GOD they have a stack of evidence half a foot high.

I am going for ptsd now, hoping this will be a better way.i was diagnosed for all three conditions at the same time in a NAVAL hospital

doogie - it doesn't matter if you did have it - they accepted you as fit and therefore are responsible for you. Use that as your argument.

Doogie, You have a valid claim. First and foremost when you entered the Navy, you were persumed to be sound and you had an entrance physical. Now this physical did not catch the condition at the time, tough luck to th e VA. You cannot have a condition that is not diagnosed.

Tell them to prove it was not caused in service.

You may as well have a valid cue claim back to your original filing date.

if your pulmonary artery pressures are high and have been diagnosed as high on a Pulmonary ANgiogram, Then you have Pulmonary HTN and it warrants a 100 percent rating alone.

There have been several court cases won for very similar things.

I will do some research for you, just give ma a couple of days.

Hang in there and do not give up.
