E-Benifits Not Being Update

Rate this question

Just wondering why they don't update e-benefits anymore. 800# says my suspense date is 16 February, was changed from November 16th. However the E-benefits say still says 16 November. I guess the one in charge of updating as different duties now.

Turns out to be just another way to placate those of us with long waits, and hopes of progress. Manual input system, when they could just as easily have built a machine-to-machine system that would at least provide some cover? No way - just another mailbox to watch.

Cool I hate to tell you this but maybe its not that E-benefits is not updating its that your claim is not updating.

800# shows a newer suspense date(Feb 16,2010) then E-benefts(16 November,2010) They told me they don't who is supposed to change this, all they can tell me what they show. Perhaps AZ doesn't update this site no more.
