If you want some insight into what goes into a CUE claim at the Court of Vet Appeals that has been all the way from the RO/BVA/Court you can look at my CUE which is recent by going to the Court's website and look under King, john. Then find John T. King #10-8234. This is what a lawyer can do for you. This is a very old claim I CUE'ed. The army threw me out when I was very sick and on anti-psychotic medications. This was just to save a buck and they threw me to the dogs. The VA also denied me my due process. I don't even know if I will win and what winning may mean. This is why you should hire a lawyer when you have one of these potentially rich retro claims. My lawyer did follow this CUE all the way from the RO.

John, I went to the website of the U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals and searched for your case under multiple methods with no success. I started by searching under the case number 10-8234 and then progressed to searching under John King and King, John. I'd love to read it. You might want to read the Federal Circuit decision in Cogburn v. Shinseki.

Look under case information. You click on case information and then on case docket report. I am in there in the more recent cases under John T. King.

Hello John ,,,, I don't know what I'm doing at the CAVA site as I went and searched also for it and could not get it to come up. Maybe like Wings suggested a link might be better. If the CAVA site is this hard to research we Veterans are in big trouble to research past cases. Maybe that is what the Government wants ......just make it hard to find and the Veteran can't get it for to use for himself or herself.

I sure look forward to seeing a CUE at the top end just to get ready as I think I may have to use the CUE for my Pulmonary Hypertension. Thank you again John for helping me and others. God Bless, NEVER GIVE UP. C.C.
