E Benfit Has Change Status

my informal iu claim was remand to amc 2 yrs ago to be develop all this time ie benfit site had that my claim was remaned via amc. it was to b return to bva if denied

now on 12-7-2011 it say bva made decision claim folder been return to buffalo ro

is this good or bad

To get it out of AMC is good. Having a decision is good. If a lawyer thinks you can win with what you have go to Veteran's Court.

Good Riddance to the AMC! Thatis definately good news. Hopefully, you will be getting a rating decision soo --or they will want more evidence of unemployability. Did you already provide evidence of unemployability? Did you have a C&P yet that addressed that Issue? ~Wings

this is crazy now bva remaned my informal iu claim to amc to be develop 3 year ago. now e benfits site say bva has made a decision. call bva told my claim is now with someone else that has it.

how do they just keep change thing as i go long to hold it longer dont no were it is told it send for extra- schular so who handles this guess they will hold it 2 yrs..

no one will take anything from me this is crazy
