This is intended to aid in application for benefits, and, in summary says P&T for comp & benefits when the veteran is entitled. It does not mention the monthly amount paid the veteran, as similar previous letter documents did. Congrats on P&T. Let us know what you find out when you receive the hard copy of the decision, like what is stated in the reasons and Bases Section - effective dates, etc... Also, start checking out your eligibility for state benefits. If I remember right - there's some good property tax breaks / exemptions, and other benefits. Spend Wisely : ) I received the hard copy last week, but i did not beleive it. It looks like the P&T was from the date June 3,2011. The award for wife and education benifit was award back from orginal date of May 10, 2010.
