E-Benefits Question

Hey all Got a question.

I have full access to ebenefits, however since I had access, if I try to access my claim status, it always says "error, cannot access information at this time". I have called the ebennies tech support, peggy's number, and the access number for dpmd tech support, and I always get ""I can access it, I don't see

why you can't" and nobody can see what can be done.

Any suggestions?

I've had the 'exact' same problem for the last 45 days. E-benefits claim status worked just fine for me for over a year and then one day the error 'as you reported' came up. Peggy says "yes they know there is a problem, etc." Also called support a couple of times along with a 'iris' inquiry, all with no positive results. I actually had a VA tech tell me 'yep it was happening to some accounts, but we don't know why or how to fix it'... They think, something in one of the Electronic Medical Record screens is causing it, but to date no answer.

Suggestion: Try clearing you cache. On firefox simply clearing history helps when this happens to me.

Bob H, chr49, thanks for responding back. Chr49, yeah, I tried to do what you said, still getting the same thing. I am thinking that the other "end" is not loading the information in.

Call ebenefits and ask for help with tech support.
