Thanks carlie for posting that. We were just talking about DBQs earlier and after reading this link you posted, I'm still confused about one thing. Lets say my private Dr uses the DBQ for my claim. The question is; Is that the only document he needs for a completed claim to be mailed in, or is it just part of the rest of the evidence to be added to the claim.
