Letter Generator - Suggestion

Question

Letter Generator - Suggestion

In the past I have experienced changes that were made to ebenefits,

by way of what information they decided to provide and when.

Keep in mind that they can change anything on the web site, as they see fit.

I'm taking the time now to bring this to everyone's attention, so you can squash

problems now - that may come up later down the road.

I suggest that as your letters become available -

you copy and save them as a file in your documents, to have for later use if needed.

I would also print out a couple of hard copies of each and just put them away

in a file somewhere at home.

I agree! I do the same thing. Also, as a side note, any time that eBenefits makes the mistake of offering me a services survey, I hit them with as much information as possible on changes I'd like to see.

Me, too! I'd like a mash-up home page that opens a preview of those available services. If I can customize my yahoo start page, why not eBenefits?
