She says everything is fine and that the claims will be all caught up by 2015...What a load of Crap... I have listened to these hearings for years...The hearings are just lip service given to the Congressman... This is why Congressman Filner is so pissed... Hickey butters up the reps, and paints very rosy pictures, and thankfully, Rep. Filner loses his mind. Hopefully somebody, somewhere will get the point. Not likely though.
