Anyway like I said I don't have the letter so I can't tell you exactly what I got for each just yet, i'll update that as it comes but off the top of my head I had: Sleep Apnea Bilateral Haylund deformity Bilateral Plantar Facsciitis(spelling?) bilateral ankle "condition" bilateral knee "condition" bilateral shoulder impingment cervical spine limited mobility low lumbar spine limited mobility GERD carpe tunnel tinnitis blepheritis (floaters)? limited range of motion in the hips and a like 10 or so more but Ebenefits is down or i'd check. carlie
blepheritis (floaters)? Blepheritis is basically dandruff in the eyelashes and does not effect vision by producing floaters. Remedy for Blepheritis is daily washing of the eyelashes with no tears baby shampoo and good, complete thorough rinsing. Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
