DECISION The effective date of assigned for grant of Special Monthly Compensation is a clear and unmistakable error. The effective date is changed from October 29,2008 to March 23,2004. EVIDENCE Rating Decision, and all evidence contained therein, dated October 26, 2011. The deposit has already been made and it's a really great birthday present. I'm glad THEY caught THEIR error. That is a little lick in the old bank also. You need to relax now, Maybe take a cruise or 2. (ha ha) J A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect. A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims.
