Question

Carlie and I have the same problem in downloading the new form 21-0958, NOD fill-able, we both get this same message: you need a later version of the PDF viewer. We have the latest version of Adobe Reader. Can download other forms, but not this one. Would appreciate any help.

GOD BLESS

I personally can find NO WAY to open it.

Perhaps a member that CAN open it, will save it to a file

and post it here.

Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.

You can always ask VA to send you a form.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Right click>>>>Open in New Tab>>>Go to Downloads>>>>Should be there>>>>>>Right Click>>>>Go to Open Containing Folder>>>Open with Adobe Viewer.

It is 2.4MB, so I can't upload it to had it. I am going to try to compress it some more, but that is really what Adobe .pdf does. I have split into to pdfs named Instructions and Form.

Hope this helps.

If all else fails, try downloading it on a different computer. There are settings which prevent updates, and we have no way of knowing if your computer is set up to prevent updates for .pdf files. You can try a library computer, or a friends computer..especially if they have a newer computer. Newer in computers is usually better.

I got this message:

"To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade

to the latest version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html"
so you might try upgrading Adobe.
