All I did was start a new application and it said right there 70 percent effective FEB 2013. Question: They also granted me 10 percent for tinnitus. I first claimed that SEPTEMBER 2007 3 months after I separated . It was denied and never appealed. Shouldnt that be retroed back to my seperation?
