GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

Why was this story broken by Fox News and not the IG?

Congress MUST be complicit or they wouldn't be satisfied with the repeated facade of outrage & VA self-investigation and promises to 'do better' with token steps and more money thrown at their corrupt operation.

How can it be better to throw this 4-month on the job banker to the entrenched wolves of the VA mafia?

We need the FBI and RICO!

This list probably will give you all an idea of who at PHX is looking for a job. Their salary is first and the bonus they got is the second figure. They have not released the exact list yet but these title make me think they may be in the pile. JC

My VA hospital has a trick where if you cancel an appointment and ask to be rescheduled they show you as a NO SHOW. Now they can blame the vet and continue the virtual appointment system they have now. I have a virtual appointment with my PCP. It does not become actual until the VA sends me a card saying I need to make an actual appointment. They use this for all appointments. I read that they use this to manipulate the actual appointments so they can show all vets get appointment within 30 days. The VA says they do this to cut down on No Shows. I don't believe anything they say. The VA cancelled a C&P exam for me and then showed me as a NO SHOW and I got denied on the claim. This is SOP for the VA mafia. Give me ChampVA or Tricare. Why do we have all these separate medical systems? Duplication breeds waste.

Shenseki is a good man and has good intentions .The Va was and is supposed to be a compassionate system, intended to help veterans, . War is big business, and now VA is big business. Whenever billions of dollars are being spent, corruption and greed will rear its ugly head. Back in civil war time,s a good ole retired general may have sufficed to oversee the honorable duties of those who worked for the VA. Not anymore. I think someone from the CIA, FBI, Homeland security, ect, who is very adept at " rooting out cancer". trusting but verifying, and flat out kicking ass and taking names, is what is needed in todays VA. Trust is gone, and it aint ever coming back. Va is a big business and needs to be ran like one. Theres too much at stake, for one old retired General to be walking around, pre announcing his schedule, kind of just going with the flow, hoping people are telling him the truth.

We need someone that will put undercover people in hospitals and watch what is really going on, we need someone who isnt afraid to acknowledge the shortcomings that we face, and then try to correct them. We also need more availability to immediate prosecute those commiting crimes inside the VA. Congress has the power to accomplish this, if we the people push for it. call your congressman, hell call other congressman from different states too, I did.
