Active Claims

I have an active claim that was submitted about a week ago but it still doesn't appear on eBennies. There is a box stating active claims information is not available but that has been there for about 2 weeks. Anyone else here that can't access their active claims on the site? Thanks!

This is not unusual at all on Ebenefits. The ROs take their time updating info to Ebenefits.

I agree with Georgia bud, I submitted my recent claim June 1st and it showed up on ebennies around the end of June. Nothing to worry about. Good luck

I was told by IRIS that there was a 21 day rule, but I never heard of this rule.
