Question

The Social Security Administration has made 2 appointments for me in January. One for my PTSD and one for back problems. I have heard it is a sign that they are trying to deny you if they send you to a private doctor, which they are doing in my case.

any input appreciated.

Oh, I guess I'm late to the party. Well good luck and I hope it all goes well for you.

My understanding is that while the VA VA has a duty to assist veterans and give the benefit of the doubt to veterans the SocSocial Security administration is supposed to be adversarial and look for ways to deny claims.

I found the SSDI mental exam to be the most honest, simple exam to date, and I have had over 40 combined with the VA and SSA. Just go in there and be honest, and you will be just fine bud. Good luck and keep us posted

I have yet to hear back from them after the paperwork was submitted about work and stuff from me and my wife. But I guess it may be because of the holidays. Good luck!
