Prospector Posted December 20, 2014 Author Share Posted December 20, 2014 Ebenefits finally showed my new rating yesterday. This is to certify is an honorably discharged veteran of the Navy and is entitled to disability compensation at the 100 percent rate due to service-connected disability(ies). This total disability is considered permanent. You are not scheduled for future examinations. My wife asked exactly what does this mean. I told her "They expect me to die soon.
