tdiu Need An Opinion Please!

On ebenefits my status changed to under review on 1/23/2015. This was after submitting 21 4140, I worked 13 hrs, 375.00. I checked ebenefits last night and it has changed to closed 2/4/2015. Does this mean they are not going to ask me for anything ect...?

I am currently 90%, tdiu 100% P&T since 2001.

is this the first time you received the 4140?

I think when you sent in the 4140 and mention you worked and made 375.00 that's not much but what may have happen it open a can of worms sorta-speak and they look into your claim?

your actually not suppose to work with a 90% tdiu rating especially P&T

IF you get a letter Propose to reduce your rating it maybe because they opt to think your disability has got better?

I am not certain on this but just from my experience ...but like PR mention I think you will be safe with 14 years on your disability rating.

strange you never received a 21 4140 in all those years?....I think now after a vet has 5 years in they don't need to send it in, but RO should send a letter stating you don't need to send in the form 21-4140
